Our Version: Postage and Packing is £4.99 per order and can contain any number of items in the order up to a maximum weight of 1.5Kgs, via Royal Mail First Class Standard delivery, this is not a guaranteed next working day service, orders can be tracked but are not insured, or £5.99 for the same weight bracket for 1st Class recorded delivery, this service can be tracked online and is insured up to the value of £41.00 or £11.95 for Special Delivery (next day before 3pm - subject to stock). A courier service guaranteed 1-2 day delivery for orders exceeding 1.5kgs is available from just £6.95. This will be provided by either Inter Link or Royal Mail, is fully insured with online tracking. Contact us for shipping prices for orders exceeding 6kgs or use the shipping estimator. This option will be the default at checkout should the delivery weight exceed 1.5kgs. The above shipping rates are based on charges for deliveries to UK Mainland We can ship to BFPO but cannot ship to PO Boxes For international shipping orders, our postage and packing is £19.95 per order total up to 1.5kgs. ***For order weights exceeding the maximum 1.5kgs please contact us to give you a seperate quote for shipping costs*** If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order then just drop us an email or telephone us to let us know and we'll get straight on to it. You're well within your rights to cancel your order within seven days of the arrival of your goods but ideally we must have the goods back unopened and in the same condition they were sent.

Delivery:
Subject to availability delivery is usually within 2-5 days for UK and Ireland orders as they are dispatched with 48 hours. Overseas orders may take slightly longer.
Returns Procedure
If your product is defective in any way please email us at info@stivesfancydress.co.uk Defective items will be replaced upon receipt of the defective product. All defective returns must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
All returned products must be returned in the original boxes with all contents included. Email us with the following details:
1. Your name and order number.
2. Your e-mail address.
3. The product title being returned.
4. Description of the fault.
Once we receive your email we will send you an RMA and return postal address.
Cancellation/Non-faulty Returns
You have the right to cancel within seven days of your contract with us, or seven days after receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order, you will have any payment returned to you.
If you cancel after shipment of any goods, you must return them to us within 14 days if they are faulty, or within 7 days if the goods are incorrect or not required.
Due to hygiene considerations we are only able to accept returns of items for any reason other than faulty goods if the packaging and/or security seal is unbroken. All goods must be returned with their packaging intact and in their original condition.
